About these terms

mylifefinder.co.uk ("the site") is operated by Virtual Campaign Management Ltd (VCM Ltd). By using the site you agree to these terms. Each My Finder directory has its own terms, which apply on that site.

What the site is

The site is a free signpost to the My Finder directories. It describes each directory and links to it. It does not itself list businesses or offer any service beyond that.

Listings are not recommendations

A business appearing in any My Finder directory is not a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee by us. Listings are compiled from public sources and checked in good faith, but details change. Always check a business's own website and terms before you buy, book or sign anything. Any contract is between you and the business.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything in it or on any linked site.

Intellectual property

The My Life Finder and My Finder names, logos and site content belong to Virtual Campaign Management Ltd. You may view and print pages for personal use but may not copy, scrape or republish the content without our written permission.

Links to businesses and to the finder directories are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not operate.
